1. Physical Products You may return physical items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal under EU law. The following conditions apply: - Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. - Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. - Refunds are credited using the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. 2. Digital Products Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or delivered.
