9. Statutory Warranty: For all physical products sold through Giftooly, the statutory warranty period of two years from the date of delivery applies, in accordance with § 438 BGB (German Civil Code). During this period, consumers are entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement). If the subsequent performance fails or does not occur within a reasonable period, you may request a reduction in the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
