📦 Return Conditions Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods, using the original payment method.
❌ Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products) The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once: - The download or access has begun with your explicit consent, and - You acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right before completion. However, if the digital product is not delivered or is faulty, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
